INHS Sanjeevani

Gynaecology Department - Gynaecology Department has infertility workup and management treatment centre including intrauterine insemination. All types of Gynecological surgeries including laparoscopic surgeries and Onco-surgeries are carried out in the hospital.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - INHS Sanjivani has a 10 bedded ICU equipped with modern critical care management medical equipment. It is centrally air conditioned and has modern facilities like life saving and life supporting equipment, piped medical gases, central suction, compressed air and uninterrupted power supply including a standby generator supply.

Medicine Department - The Department of Medicine is fully equipped to handle all cases of general medicine. It is equipped with 24 hour Holter monitoring, ambulatory blood pressure monitor, pulmonary function testing and 2D echocardiography. Services of Cardiologist and Endocrinologist for OPD consultation are available once a week. In addition, the department is in the process of establishing a non invasive cardiology centre.

Ophthalmology Department - The Ophthalmology Department provides specialist eye consultation and management services to its clientele. The department is well equipped to handle most of the OPD and emergency ocular procedures. There is a facility of cataract surgery, which is being performed by Phacoemulsification and small incision method with an intraocular lens implantation. The department also caters for other surgeries like Squint, Ptosis, Glaucoma, Pterygium and lid surgery.

Psychiatry Department - The department of Psychiatry provides out-patient and in-patient management of cases including de-addiction for cases of chronic alcoholism. It also has employed the services of a clinical psychologist for carrying out psychological assessment and aptitude testing for children between classes X to XII.

Pathology Department - INHS Sanjivani has a full fledged Laboratory with latest state of art equipments like five part differential hematology analyser, fully automated biochemistry analyser, automated coagulation analyser, electrolyte analyser, laminar flow cabinet and bio safety cabinets. The Laboratory performs various routine and special hematological, biochemistry, microbiological, histopathological and serological investigations. The laboratory is under various internal and external quality control programmes to maintain a high standard of accuracy of reporting of results.
Pediatrics Department - The department has 16 bedded pediatric ward with subsections of Medical, Surgical, Isolation and Day Care which are well equipped. Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level II) with facilities for ventilation and intensive care monitoring with equipments like Pulse oximeter, infusion pump, Nebulizer, defibrillator and resuscitation equipments exist in the department. Facilities for laboratory diagnosis, portable radio diagnosis and imaging from the sister departments are used to augment the capabilities of the department. The department conducts universal hearing and thyroid screening of all neonates delivered in the hospital.
