Passing Out Parade for 6th Qualified Navigation Instructor and 96th Advanced Navigation Courses held at Observer School, Kochi

Seven Observers comprising six from Indian Navy and one from Indian Coast Guard, successfully completed 6th Qualified Navigation Instructor (QNI) and 96th Advanced Navigation (ANC) courses on 31 July 2019. Commanding Officer, INS Garuda awarded certificates and Instructor Badges to the officers during a Graduation Ceremony held at Observer School, Kochi.
