World Environment Day 2021

On the occasion of World Environment Day, the Naval Community of the Western Naval Command WNC undertook the initiative to plant more than 250 saplings in the residential areas. This initiative was undertaken to replace the trees that were uprooted during the cyclone Tauktae and also to augment the existing green cover. The residents including ladies and children wholeheartedly participated in the tree plantation drive.
