Inter Divisional English Debate Competition Conducted at INS Chilka, Odisha

Inter Divisional English Debate Competition for Batch 02/2018 was conducted at INS Chilka on 31 October 2018, with the aim to enhance self-confidence, debating, cognitive and presentation skills of the trainees. Two trainees each, from all 10 divisions, participated in the event. Commanding Officer INS Chilka presented awards to the best divisions and speakers. Marakkar division emerged as the winner while Ashok division was adjudged the runners up.
