Inauguration of Advanced Innovation Lab at Naval Children School, Mumbai

Vice Admiral Girish Luthra, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Western Naval Command accompanied by Mrs Preeti Luthra, President NWWA(WR), inaugurated the Advanced Innovation Lab at Navy Children School (NCS), Mumbai on 10 December 2018.

The lab, conceptualised by Headquarter Western Naval Command and NCS Mumbai, has been set up under the guidance and training of Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. The NCS students explained the functioning and operation of various elements/ features of the Lab. The lab will provide a platform to young students of NCS Mumbai in the upcoming fields of Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, 3D Printing, Game Designing, Drone and Virtual Reality. The lab will be a centre for students to 'Ideate and Innovate' and pave the way to future innovation.
