Specialisation Course for International Officers

Specialisation Courses for officers of friendly foreign countries commenced on 22 April 2019 at Kochi. Over 50 officers from 12 countries will be trained as specialists in four professional branches viz. Anti-Submarine Warfare, Communication & Electronic Warfare, Navigation & Direction and Gunnery & Missile Warfare over a period of 31 weeks. They will also undergo a combined Maritime Law and Naval Tactics Course. As part of their initial orientation, the officers visited various training establishments at Kochi on 24 April 2019, and interacted with Chief Staff Officer (Training), SNC and other officers of the Command. On completion of one-week orientation, the officers will commence their formal training at respective establishment.
