Outward Bound Exercise CELABS, Kochi

100 officer trainees of the 93rd Integrated Officers’ Training Course from Centre of Excellence in Ethics, Leadership and Behavioural Studies (CELABS), Kochi participated in an Outward Bound Exercise in a jungle location of Western Ghats from 24 to 26 August 2019. The exercise aimed to inculcate espirit-de-corps, develop leadership skills, reinforce a spirit of adventure and build confidence amongst the young officers. The activities during the OBE included jungle trek, river rafting using rafts constructed by the team, group dynamic games and camp fire. FOC-in-C South interacted with the trainees during the camp fire.
