Passing Out Parade held at INS Dronacharya

Nine sailors from Bangladesh, Mauritius, Myanmar, and SriLanka successfully graduated at the Passing Out Parade on completion of  the 21week Gunnery Instructor (Foreign) Course at INS Dronacharya on 31 January  2020. The course comprised of a scientific orientation phase, introduction to Gunnery and Missile warfare, NIETT Phase for exposure to instructional techniques and an equipment phase consisting of training on weapons and sensors systems. Commanding Officer reviewed the parade and presented awards to the winners. The FOC-in-C South rolling Trophy for Best Gunnery Instructor (Foreign) was awarded to Anisur Rahman PO(QA-I)(Bangladesh). Book Prizes for standing First in overall order of Merit in GI(W) and GI(S) were presented to Bundoo Niendev CPO (Mauritius) and Mohammed Al Amin PO GI (Bangladesh) respectively.
