Team USA Takes The Lead

Race day 1, on 03 December 2018 of the ninth edition of Admiral’s Cup Sailing Regatta 2018 at Indian Naval Academy saw five races , three in Group A and two in Group B. In Group A races, Midshipman Jessica Mc Jones  from USA is presently leading followed by 2nd Lieutenant Dillon How from Singapore and Midshipman Alberto Cabras from Italy.  In group B races, Midshipman Vincenzo Rocco  from Italy is presently leading followed by 1st  Lieutenant Ebrahim Showaiter from Bahrain and Midshipman Tyler Fleig from USA at the end of race day one.

Prior to the races, the Officers-in-Charge of the participating teams called on Vice Admiral RB Pandit, Commandant, INA whilst the team members toured the Academy and witnessed training and other sports facilities/ infrastructure. Officers-in-Charge of the participating teams also had a formal interaction with media prior lunch.
