Wreath Laying Ceremony and Ceremonial Parade held at INA on the Occasion of Independence Day

In commemoration of the 75th Independence Day (Swarnim Vijay Varsh), a Wreath Laying Ceremony and Ceremonial Parade was held at the Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala on 15 August 2021. Vice Admiral MA Hampiholi, AVSM, NM, Commandant INA, laid a floral wreath at ‘Prerna Sthal’- the War memorial of INA, to pay homage to the martyrs. This was followed by a two minutes’ silence to honour the sacrifice of every soldier, known and unknown, in the service of the nation.

The Commandant INA also reviewed the Ceremonial Parade which was witnessed by the civilian fraternity and the families of Station Ezhimala.
