30 Cadets from National Cadet Corps NCC Units of Ladakh Embarked on a 10-Day Visit to ENC, Visakhapatnam from 20 June 2024

A team of 30 Cadets from National Cadet Corps NCC units of Ladakh embarked on a 10-day visit to ENC, Visakhapatnam from 20 June 2024 to get acquainted with various maritime aspects of Indian Navy. Their visit commenced with Yoga session on IDY 2024 with the trainees of Dockyard Apprentice School, Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam and a briefing on role and organisation of Indian Navy and ENC. During the visit, the cadets will be exposed to various maritime facets of the ENC including visit to ships, submarine, air station at Visakhapatnam. During their visit, NCC cadets from Ladakh were provided a guided tour at the naval air station INS Dega, Visakhapatnam. They were briefed about naval air operations, air squadrons and various aircraft. This offered them a first-hand experience of aviation facilities available with Indian Navy.
