73rd Inter Services Water Polo Championship 2024-25 at Visakhapatnam

ENC hosted 73rd Inter Services Water Polo Championship 2024-25 at Dolphin Hill Swimming Pool, Visakhapatnam. This prestigious event, aimed at fostering camaraderie and sporting excellence among service personnel, also served as a platform to select Services Team for the upcoming 77th Senior Nationals Aquatics Championship 2024.

Two formidable teams, one representing Indian Navy and the other Indian Air Force, showcased their prowess in the pool, with more than 30 players participating in the championship. After intense matches and display of exceptional skill, Navy team emerged victorious, clinching the championship trophy.

Rear Admiral K Venkatraman FOSM, graced the event as the Chief Guest, adding to the significance of the occasion. He presented the championship trophy to the triumphant Navy Water Polo team and awarded medals to the outstanding performers who displayed remarkable talent throughout the championship.

In a touching gesture of respect and admiration, the Chief Guest also honoured the Veteran Aquatic Players residing in and around Andhra Pradesh, acknowledging their significant contributions to the aquatics sport through their achievements in Services and National Championships and efforts in shaping the budding players.
