Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Eastern Naval Command, visited The Defence Services Staff College

Vice Admiral Biswajit Dasgupta, CINC ENC, visited DSSC, Wellington from 21 - 23 February 2023 and addressed officers undergoing 78 Staff Course on maritime challenges in IOR. He also held discussions with Lieutenant General Virendra Vats, Commandant and Rear Admiral Puruvir Das, Chief Instructor (Navy). During his interactions with training faculty, CINC was briefed on progress made by college over the years, as well as contemporary techniques being employed to prepare student officers for future Staff and Command tenures. CINC also awarded commendations to two officers and two PBORs from training faculty for their hardwork and devotion to duty.
