FOC-in-C, SNC Speaks on Kargil War at National Security Seminar

Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Naval Command participated in the National Security Seminar conducted by Police Commissionerate, Kochi to mark Kargil Vijay Diwas. The Admiral addressed the gathering on the achievements of the Armed Forces during the Kargil War and also covered aspects of National Security in the current scenario.
