The bus shelter has been erected at a cost of approximately Rs. 3.88 lakhs and would provide a great respite to the commuters going to west Kochi from naval base.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Hibi Eden thanked the navy for providing a bus shelter for the commuters heeding to his request despite facing many roadblocks and objections with regard to construction. A number of civilian and service personnel as well as local commuters witnessed the inauguration and dedication of bus shelter.
