Motorcycle Expedition from INS Brahmaputra to Brahmaputra River

Vice Admiral Sanjay Bhalla, COS WNC flagged off a 'Brahmaputra to Brahmaputra' motorcycle expedition on 18 April 2024 from INS Brahmaputra at Mumbai. The expedition is being undertaken to commemorate the ship's 25th year of service and will culminate at Brahmaputra river in Kaziranga Assam. The expedition team will interact with over 3,000 students in 25 schools and NCC units towards raising awareness about our Armed Forces. The team will also interact with tri-service units enroute. The expedition aims to instil a spirit of adventure and highlight 'Save the Rhino' campaign.
