Naval Pilots Passing Out Parade Held at INS Rajali, Arakkonam

Seven Indian Navy pilots of the 92nd Helicopter Conversion Course graduated at a Passing-out Parade held at INS Rajali on 08 June 2019. Flag Officer Naval Aviation reviewed the parade and awarded ‘Wings of Gold’ to the pilots. During the 21 weeks course, the trainee pilots were introduced to nuances of helicopter flying, which included navigation, night flying and operations over sea. Lieutenant Niceson Markose was awarded Governor of Kerala Rolling Trophy for being adjudged as Best All-Round Trainee Pilot and Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Eastern Naval Command Rolling Trophy for standing first in order of merit. A book prize was awarded to Sub Lieutenant Sriram M for standing first in ground subjects.
