Post Graduation Certificates in Applied Meteorology Awarded at SNOM, Kochi

Post-graduation ceremony of the maiden MSc in Applied Meteorology was held at School of Naval Oceanology and Meteorology, Kochi on 05 February 2019. 29 naval officers successfully completed the one year long Advanced Meteorology Course at India Meteorological Department (IMD). Commodore (Training), Southern Naval Command was the Chief Guest for the ceremony. The Applied Meteorology Course is a World Meteorological Organisation recognised course and is one of the specialisation courses for officers of the Education branch in the Indian Navy.
