Puneet Sagar Abhiyaan

As part of Puneet Sagar Abhiyaan, various units of Indian Navy are dedicating, one day each month towards coastal cleanup. A coastal cleanup drive was undertaken at riverfront of river Hoogly, from Damodar Complex, Annex to Princep Ghat on 05 November 2022. More than 150 Naval personnel from INS Netaji Subhash participated in the event. The campaign aims to increase public awareness about negative impact of the man-made waste along coastlines/ beaches.
