Rear Admiral Rajvir Singh Assumes Charge as Principal, Indian Naval Academy

Rear Admiral Rajvir Singh assumed charge as Principal, INA on 01 August 2022. A Post Graduate in Mathematics from Agra University, he was commissioned in Indian Navy on 13 February 1989. He has specialised in Communications and Electronic Warfare and undergone EMI/EMC course at MCTE Mhow; Interpretership course in Bahasa (Indonesian laguage) at School of Foreign Languages, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi; Advanced Quantitative Management Techniques course at CDM Secunderabad and Policy Making Structures and Processes in Education from National Institute of Education Planning and Administration, New Delhi. The Flag Officer has been Instructor at erstwhile Naval Academy at INS Mandovi and Signal School, Kochi, Senior Education Officer at Signal School, Principal at Sainik School, Gopalganj (Bihar), head of the faculty of Basic Sciences and Humanities at INA, Ezhimala, Oi/C of a WEU at ANC. The officer has held the staff appointments as JD(NE), D(NE), Additional PD (NE) and Commodore (Naval Education)-II at IHQ MoD(N), Command Education and Welfare Officer at Headquarters, ENC prior taking over as the Principal INA.
