Final Inter-Divisional Cross Country for Batch 02/21 at INS Chilka

The final inter-divisional cross country race for SSR trainees of batch 02/2021 was conducted at INS Chilka in the early hours on 08 January 2022. A total of 2632 trainees participated in 8 km long cross country race, showcasing their physical and mental endurance developed during the training. Shivaji Division won the inter-divisional cross country while Marakkar Division was adjudged Runners-Up in the race. In the individual category the First Position was bagged by Anuj NVK GD from Marakkar division, with timing of 26 minutes and 30 seconds and the second position was bagged by Pushpendra Kumar NVK GD from Shivaji Division with a timing of 26 minutes and 32 seconds. Commodore NP Pradeep, Commanding Officer, INS Chilka presented medals/ trophies to the winners.
